Jenny Cardi by VOH – a Review

I’ve looked high and low for a quality 40s or 50s style cardigan for winter. It seemed as though they simply didn’t exist. All of the cardigans I’ve purchased from retro sites, namely Mak brand, are very thin, making them useless for truly cold days. Don’t get me wrong, I own several of their cardigans because they come in so many colors and they are kind of cute. They are suitable for spring. But honestly, the quality isn’t there and they don’t make the exact style I want.

Vivien of Holloway released the Jenny cardigan a few months ago. These cardis are perfect. They are a super thick acrylic knit and way thicker than the Mak cardigans. They come in a variety of colors, and I love the collars. They also match a lot of other Vivien of Holloway items perfectly. Below I’ve paired the 40s style tea dress with the Jenny cardigan in Dusty Rose.
